California Roll

Ironically, not originating from the west coast, the California roll is considered an inside out sushi roll. It has a layer of rice on the outside and is filled with crab, avocado and cucumber. It’s then topped with a nice spread of masago.

Shrimp Tempura Roll

The shrimp tempura roll is similar to the California roll in the sense that it also has rice on the outside rather than the inside. However on the inside, this roll contains masago, shrimp tempura, cucumber and avocado. It is also covered with a drizzle of eel sauce.
