Chashu Pork

Chashu Pork are slices of glazed pork typically enjoyed over a bowl of Tonkotsu ramen. It has a great melt in your mouth taste.

Chicken/Pork Katsu

Katsu is your choice of chicken or pork, covered in golden panko crumbs and fried unil perfection. It’s wonderful over shoyu and miso ramen.

Kakuni

Kakuni are cubes of pork belly braised in soy sauce, mirin, sugar and sake. It’s name literally means “square simmered.” Amazing with shio and shoyu ramen.
