For today’s spotlight menu we will be going over our restaurant's beautiful and delicious unadon. In Japanese, the name translates to “eel bowl” and is a good summary of the dish at its core. We first take fillets of eel, top them with a savory soy sauce based glaze and fire them over a grill.
